Battlefield 1942 was the first and original game played by Dogs of War, and is still going strong. The division still actively competes in the Round Robbin GameArena ladder and plays frequently on the Public Servers.

Battlefield 2 is DOW's 2nd biggest Division next to the Battlefield 1942 section. Many of our 1942 veterans also play BF2, giving valuble experience to the Division. The BF2 group currently participate in the GameArena Battlefield 2 10vs10 ladder, and regularly play on pubs.

Americas Army is a game released for free by the American Army. The game is a free download and many Australian servers are available to play on, as well as a Ladder on the GameArena community. The Division itself is currently recruiting and building numbers so that it may participate competitively in the GameArena ladder, so sign up on the forums to help out!

Division History & Other Information:
Armed Assault looks to be the next step in online Military Simulation. Unlike our other Battlefield Divisions, our Armed Assault division looks to offer a more realistic gaming experience (only due to the games ability to do so). Large scale battles, co-op matches and other training activities will play a large part of our newest division, with teamwork and mateship high on the list of priorities.

Division Layout:
The Armed Assault Division also has its own individual layout due to the unique nature of the game it is based around. The unit is split into 2 modified Sections (standard number of infantry in a section is 9 - however we are using 6 for setup purposes), with a backup Training and Rotation section providing newer gamers with experience before being thrown into the thick of battle.

Our Armed Assault division is also available for Joint Training Operations, Joint Operations and other skill building exercises and team services.
